PBH organizes the commercial, consultant and construction work around the owner’s priorities. Key decisions are documented, responsibilities are clear and issues are addressed before they disrupt cost, schedule or quality.
The work is delivered through the project’s architects, engineers, site supervision, trades and specialist contractors, with PBH coordinating the overall process.
How the Work Is Organized
- Project strategy, owner priorities and key commercial decisions remain clearly defined
- Budgets, procurement, schedules, changes and consultant follow-up are coordinated and documented
- Site supervision, trades, inspections and quality reviews are integrated into the construction plan
